Traditional football kit, also know as “cut and sew” football kit is produced when fabric panels are cut and stitched together to create the overall design. Badges, sponsors and numbers are then added using embroidery and print.

Dye sublimation football kit, is a more modern technique. Permanent dyes are used to create the pattern, badges, sponsor logo and numbers. This type of printing is permanent and will never crack, fade or peel. Sublimated football kit is becoming more and more popular, season on season. The superior printing of custom made sublimation football kits allows each client to have a unique design, these sublimated match kits will also tend to outlast traditionally manufactured cut and sew kits.
